Are there a minimum number of hours I must book your wait staff for?
We'll accept as little as one-hour bookings, but our rates are reduced for longer sessions.

Can we request a particular butler?
You are more than welcome to request a particular butler yet unfortunately we are unable to guarantee your choice due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. – sickness, personal availability, etc). What we do guarantee is that you will receive an extremely personable, easy-going, down-to-earth guy with a fit body who will make your event truly memorable.

Can the butlers make cocktails?
The butlers are more than happy to look after you and your guests with cocktails yet we like to point out that the butlers are not usually specialised bartenders. We request our clients provide instructions and ingredients of cocktails they would like and your butler will do the rest. A great site for such information is www.webtender.com.

Do you provide catering services?
No, we are specialist wait staff. We're experienced in serving food and beverages prepared by professional caterers, but are also happy to work with your own private catering if you prefer.

My party is outside Brisbane or the Gold Coast, but not far away - can I still book you?
Yes - we'll travel up to two hours from Brisbane or the Gold Coast for a small travel fee.

Are there any booking conditions?
Yes - the conditions are:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date.

• All events must be fully paid for 7 days prior to the event date.

• A cancellation fee of 50% of total booking cost is charged for any event cancellation within 7 days of your event date.
